The Outlook & District Arts Council is a community-driven organization dedicated to promoting arts and culture throughout Outlook and the surrounding region. Through a variety of programs, events, workshops, exhibitions, and partnerships, the Arts Council creates opportunities for residents and visitors to experience, participate in, and celebrate the arts.

A highlight of the organization’s work is hosting the annual River & Rail Artventure, a popular self-guided art tour that invites visitors to explore artist studios, galleries, creative businesses, and unique attractions throughout central Saskatchewan. The event showcases talented local artists and makers while encouraging visitors to discover the communities, landscapes, and hidden gems that make the region special.

The River & Rail Artventure has become a signature cultural tourism experience, drawing visitors from across Saskatchewan to meet artists, purchase one-of-a-kind creations, and enjoy a memorable road trip through the heart of the prairies.
